| I did it, so can YOU! |
I started my lawn & landscape business in 1979. Like many of you, I was in high school and had no idea I would still be doing this three decades later. As I completed high school and college, I secured a “real” job for four years. In June of 1987, I resigned my position and went to work fulltime in my lawn & landscape business. Little did I realize at the time, but I had no idea what I was really getting myself into. Before I knew it, I had myself ninety thousand dollars in debt and I thought I was going to fix the problem by doing more work. I had no free time and was working daylight to dark. The real problem was that I had no idea why I charged what I charged other than that was what the competition was charging it must be right. However, if the competition was right, why are the failure rates so high?
After years of trial and error bidding and attending the school of hard knocks, I developed a bidding methodology that is simple, accurate and professional. After seeing my company turn around from a failing business working hard but not smart, into a thriving and profitable business, I knew I had the secret to success for contractors across the United States and Canada.
Thus, Profits Unlimited began in 1990 to assist lawn & landscape professionals with bidding, contracts, marketing and professional selling. Yes, a strong work ethic is important, but so is working smart. Let me help you build your business and balance your free time. It is not how hard you work. Take advantage of our three decades of industry experience, knowledge, principles and techniques.
All of our information is born from experience, not theory. Since 1990, I have helped literally thousands of contractors earn what they deserve by implementing simple methodologies for bidding, contracts, marketing, professional selling and many other business related issues. I would appreciate the opportunity to help you. I did it, so can you! |
